How to move your business from the Public to the Private
It’s easier than you think! Let me show you how. Disclaimer: I don’t have all the answers for all possible situations, nor can I tell you what this may look like for you, but I can help you build the foundations needed to find those answers!
Module 1: Primer – We’ll go over the difference between the pirvate and Public realms, what the Public world really is, and terminology related to both
Module 2: Identity and Energy in Motion – We’ll discuss what it means to be Anonymous as opposed to Identifiable, what an Identity really is, and what feelings and emtions are
Module 3: Contracts, Agreements, and Notices – How do you set and defend your Law? How do you write a notice to a pesky Public Servant?
Module 4: Business MO – We’ll go more in depth with Agreements, and we’ll write out a business structure/ Modus Operandi for your business, so that we then clearly see the steps we’ll need to take to move your business into the private!
Once you have your MO figured out, we can then work together to bring it into reality! The Modules will be presented and discussed in a video call once a week, for 4 weeks. After that, we’ll take as much time as we need to work together to set up your business in the private.

Setting goals, budgeting, coaching to stay on target
Solve et coagula. When you disolve the concept of finances down to it’s base constituents, you find but one question “What are your goals?” or it’s variant “Where do you see yourself in X years?” Let’s work together to remove what is unnecessary, and coagulate your finances into pure gold. This course is 1 on 1 coaching with yours truly (There will be a self-paced course coming soon!) And it’s great for anyone looking to exit the system, looking to live in tiny homes and/or on the land, or really anyone who has never tried budgeting before!
The cost for this course is $220 CAD
How to perform Private bookkeeping
90% of the difficulty in bookkeeping comes from the absurd amount of rules imposed by “authorities”. When you remove all of that, the practice of bookkeeping becomes a simple task anyone can perform.

Hey, I get it. Creating your products/services and selling them is a full time job in itself. And you want to focus on that. You don’t want to have to keep track of your financials, calculating compensation to the wo/men that work with you, reconciling your transactions and bank accounts, etc etc. So let me take care of that for you!
My base rate is $200 per month for a simple business. More complex businesses will cost more, but we can discuss a package that works best for you!
